Expressions of Intelligence is a difficult thing to argue because it there are many ways in which intelligence can be judged. Every third person has a conflict in judging the expressions of intelligence. In some aspect a person may look so intelligent but in some he may not be. It is sure that nobody in this globe is intelligent in all aspects. But still there are lots of things to discuss and to explain with respect to intelligence.

The scores which are derived from the IQ define one’s intelligence level. As mentioned earlier the intelligence of a person can be calculated only from the number of tests that is being conducted to that person. Some person may be good at verbal skills, some may be in mathematical. So collectively all the results put together gives a clear output about a person’s intelligence.

But there is one truth where nobody denies this when it comes to the inherit intelligence. I strongly believe in it. Whist the IQ testing is broadly based on the principle of a measurable and genetically inherited intelligence. In other means it is said as Born with natural talent. For example: a person’s father may be a singer who sings jazz songs, his son/daughter may also become a good singer, in this case the child has some talent inherited from his/her father. Even the inheritance of an elderly person like grandfather, grandmother, uncle’s talent can also be seen in the fourth coming generations. This type of general intelligence is otherwise called as “g” (denotes General Intelligence), given by the English psychologist Charles Spearman. He used or established “g” as a measuring equipment in a variety of tests to calculate the depth of intelligence. “g” has many internal meaning in it. It is not easy to work out and get a positive output, but still trying something hard will give a better result than not trying.

Memory is cognitive processes whereby past experience is remembered or the power of retaining and recalling past experience. Here the memory denotes a human being’s memory and not the chip memory. There is always a conflict between the memory and the intelligence of quotient. Some people say that a person who has good memory power is intelligent. Some says vice versa. But the truth is not with the belief. Experiments and Researches said that high IQ doesn’t mean that one has a good memory power. It explains that good memory is another type of intelligence. Good memory gives with fine academic results since academic studies require memory power to reciprocate things in a paper.

Generally a normal human uses only 2% of his brain power in his whole life span. In this case, a human who combines both his memory power and intelligence to arrive with the output will succeed in using better brain power. There are only few people who used their brain more than the 2%. I can give you an example for that, a person named Rajagopalachari in India, Who was a Chief Minister of a State, named Tamil Nadu and also served as one of the leading Ministry post in India used the most amount of brain in his life. He used both his left and right brain simultaneously, this helped him to keep remember things and also allowed him to decide simultaneously.

Brain is also like the other parts of the body. If also grows stronger and bigger as days proceed. If we concede the proper food and develop ourselves then the connections between the brain nerve cells grows stronger which results in the mental and physical structure health stronger and allow us to live longer. I think you people have understood that IQ and Memory combined together can propose things in the best way.

Intelligence can be defined as the capacity for reason and thought especially to a High Degree. It can otherwise be having sound knowledge or showing or exercising good judgment. In other means it may be narrowly defined as the capacity to acquire knowledge and understanding to use it in different novel situations. Intelligence as mentioned earlier it is the ability, which invokes the individual to consider with real situations and make use of the output intellectually from sensory experience.

Intelligence of a person can be tested from many ways. But the major was is from testing a person with a query or a situation to come up with a positive output. Whenever there is pressure the intelligence has to be invoked to put in to role in order to overcome it. Hence intelligence is very important along with knowledge.

As I have already mentioned that testing is the best way to measure whether a person is intelligent or not, here there are many ways to test a person. The most famous of which is the IQ or Intelligent Quotient, which is used to test a person’s intelligence. These IQ tests generally carried out in many forms. Normally mathematical, verbal, spatial and reasoning skills are the ways to measure intelligent but now it has many more advancements in it. They advanced ways are outstanding artistic, practical powers or creative and in some cases it can even be with good temperament, compassion and ambition. These types of calculations results in a better output than the normal intelligence calculation methods. But still the ultimate result can be arrived only with the old and the new one mixed. In the modern days the Creative Quotient and the Emotional Quotient are better that the IQ.
